Drop-In ClassesFrom spin and strength training to low-impact options, our drop-in classes are free for members, pass holders, and drop-in users.
Registered CoursesEach term, we offer specialty fitness programs such as yoga, barre, and Olympic weightlifting that require a separate fee and are not included with memberships or passes.
We offer a range of personal fitness assessments, conducted by certified exercise specialists, to evaluate your current fitness level, help you set realistic goals, and track your progress.
