Model UN rules of procedure
The Rules of Procedure given here have been adapted from the official Rules of Procedure of the General Assembly used at the United Nations.
Students should familiarize themselves with the National Model United Nations (NMUN) Rules. The NMUN Rules are used with the permission of NCCA/NMUN.

Resolutions must have the following components:
- Preambulatory and operative clauses
- Sponsors and signatories
- Friendly and unfriendly amendments
