MacEwan University introduces Bridge to Canadian Nursing program

Responding to the need for more health-care professionals, the university launched a new Bridge to Canadian Nursing program. The one-year certificate program gives individuals with previous nursing education – internationally educated nurses who want to practice in Canada or locally educated nurses who want to refresh their skills and upgrade their knowledge – a way to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to meet entry-level competencies in Alberta and Canada.
