I have been in touch with you in the past regarding lessons for my daughter, Grace.

I wanted to let you know how consistently excellent the private swim lessons were for Grace. A year ago, she couldn't put her whole head under the water; this summer she swam with the performance group at Huma swim club.

While all the instructors were excellent, I thought you should know that Benji stood out and is the reason why Grace now swims so well. He really focused on trying to figure out what Grace needed to work on and found the right drills to help her improve. He worked with her so patiently on breaststroke and it is now her favorite - she was able to compete in the 50 breaststroke at regionals this summer.

At times when he was not her instructor, he made sure his colleagues knew what she needed to work on. It was always clear that he cared about her progress. Even though she has finished with lessons, he still always says hi to her and compliments her on her swimming when she is at the pool.

She was very lucky to have him as an instructor and loves swimming as a result.
