You’ve graduated from university. What an accomplishment! Commemorate this milestone event with photos, a class pin or a frame for your parchment.
On the day of your ceremony, MacEwan University has arranged for a professional photographer from GradImages® to take two photos of you.
You will have the option of providing an email address to GradImages® when you RSVP to attend convocation. Your email is used ONLY for the purpose of photo distribution through GradImages® and is not shared with a third party or used for any other purpose.
Proofs will be sent to you four weeks after the ceremony. If you do not receive your proofs, please visit www.gradimages.com or call 1-800-372-3686. There is no obligation to purchase. You have the option to order enlargement packages at reasonable prices.
SAMU offers photo session for graduates three times/year. You do not have to participate in Convocation to have your photo taken. Caps and gowns are provided. Photo sessions are only available if you book ahead.
Take candid photos after the ceremony. MacEwan backdrops for class and family pictures are located in the main and second level foyers.
After you cross the stage at Convocation, you will be presented with a class pin and a symbolic painting print by a MacEwan University Alumni Association representative. The Alumni Association has also set up a backdrop for photographs in the main foyer of the Winspear Centre.
Degree and diploma frames are available for purchase throughout the year from the MacEwan University Bookstore. You can also purchase frames in the main foyer of the Winspear Centre on the day of the ceremony.
