In the MacEwan Public Relations program, you prepare yourself for an exciting career in communications. More than 90 percent of our graduates work in the public relations field within one year of graduating.
Our graduates join the ranks of public relations professionals in a variety of sectors, including corporate communications, government, private industry, media and not-for-profit and community organizations.

The Alberta Learning Information Service (ALIS) hosts detailed occupational profiles, salary survey data, trend reports and assessment tools to help you choose and plan a career that matches your skills and interests.
All courses completed in this program are credit courses and may be transferable toward further study at post-secondary institutions in Alberta.
Accreditation
Graduates of MacEwan University's Public Relations program may also pursue accreditation through a professional association such as the Canadian Public Relations Society or the International Association of Business Communicators.
