Human Resources Minor
Putting the right people in the right positions at the right time—that’s what human resources management is all about. In increasingly diverse and complex job markets, organizations are on the lookout for human resources professionals who can recruit motivated, committed, loyal and productive employees.
When you minor in human resource management, you choose from a variety of courses covering topics such as strategic planning, labour negotiations, employee retention and recruitment. You learn to recruit and select qualified people, effectively train and develop a workforce and promote talented employees to create a thriving, healthy workplace culture.
