In other words, it must be issued no longer than three months prior to your intake date. This document is a mandatory condition of admission into the program.
If you live in Edmonton, you can request a police information check with a vulnerable sector search through Edmonton Police Services.
If you are a Canadian citizen who lives outside of Edmonton, you can request a police information check with a vulnerable sector search through your local police agency or RCMP detachment.
If you are an international student who has been in Canada for less than six months, a copy of your Study Permit fulfills this requirement.
If you have been in Canada for more than six months, request a local clearance using the information in the section above that is pertinent to your residence—either Living in Edmonton or Living outside of Edmonton.
