About
Rosemarie has been a mainstay of the Edmonton music scene for many years, first as a classical and contemporary music artist. She is one of 150 foreign saxophonists world-wide who had the privilege of studying with Jean-Marie Londeix. She helped shape the Canadian National Arts Centre's Music Alive Programme Vive La Musique, an outreach program for elementary students, for which she was a teaching musician. Since then, she has moved on to performing with cover bands, playing and doing lead/back-up vocals. She performs regularly with Uptown, Paula Perro and The Project, X-Band Latin Sensation, as well as fronting her own band, St. Bliss, and the RoseMarie C jazz trio. Rosemarie is a private teacher and active clinician.
