Imagine a stage and make it happen
Allard Hall is designed with production and performance in mind. The production studio includes carpentry, welding and paint shops which are spacious enough for building full sets. The wardrobe lab features long tables lined with sewing machines, large windows, laundry facilities, garment racks and an impressive storage room with costumes from productions past and present. The props room is well-stocked and organized for your production needs. The Triffo Theatre and Tim Ryan Theatre Lab are equipped with the latest in sound and lighting technology.
Nuts and bolts, fabric and metal
In a theatrical production, a well-crafted costume transports performers—and the audience—to just the right place and time. In Allard Hall's wardrobe lab, sewing machines line long tables, laundry facilities and fixed garment racks await the day's creations and a large storage area contains costumes from productions past and current. A staircase just outside the wardrobe lab leads to the Triffo Theatre's backstage, providing access for last-minute fittings or repairs on performance nights.
