When you graduate with a major in Human Resources Management, you meet the academic requirements for the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation. When you graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce (any major) or Business Management diploma, you have completed the academic requirements for the Certified in Management (CIM) designation.
