DIGITAL YEARBOOKS

Stay in touch with your classmates and discover what they have been up to since graduation!

Share as much or as little information as you like. You can search for and connect with classmates based on name, location, hobbies, or interests. Only graduates from your specific class or decade can view the yearbook.

To get started, click your “decade of graduation” in the chart below and follow the instructions. Your page is immediately viewable after submission and can be edited anytime.

Note: If your current email address isn't accepted, it means that we don't have a preferred email on file for you. To update your preferred email and request a link to your digital yearbook, contact us at alumni@macewan.ca.

In celebration of MacEwan's 50th anniversary, class yearbooks by decade (1970s through to the Classes of the 2010s to present) were created as a way for alumni to reconnect with their former classmates. These yearbooks are now closed for new submissions or edits. If you created a page, you still have view-only access.

Helpful tips

  • You can add or delete information at anytime.
  • Ensure you “publish” your page, so its viewable for everyone to see.
  • Make sure to include your city in “where you are living” to show your location on the interactive map.

Digital yearbook FAQs

The digital yearbooks are offered through BrightCrowd, a third-party vendor that provides an online platform for your digital yearbook.

Alumni from your specific decade who have submitted their own profiles may view your page. The public and other MacEwan University decades do not have access, with the exception of those that have multiple credentials spanning two or more decades.

Creating a page is as simple as answering a few questions and sharing some updates. All questions are optional and you can skip questions that don’t apply. You can come back later and add additional information or update anything you have written. We’ve developed a handy tutorial on how to edit your page.

Access to your digital yearbook is based on the decade you received your first parchment. If you have credentials spanning multiple decade that you would like to create a page for, please contact our office at alumni@macewan.ca.
You can upload one profile photo and up to ten additional photos (jpeg, tiff, and png files). Your first and last name will appear under your profile photo. Captions entered for additional photos will display underneath those photos.
If your classmate has created a page, you can take them in photos or memories. They will receive an email informing them that they have been tagged on your page.

Your class yearbook will remain open for submissions for one year after your convocation ceremony.
