The 2013 Educational Assistant Conference+ introduces a new agenda!

Thursday evening (Feb 21)

We welcome you to join us for our new dessert and keynote evening. Take this opportunity to register, visit our exhibitors, and join in our inspiring keynote or take in one of our new fireside chat sessions.

Friday (Feb 22)

Join us early for coffee and breakfast sweets. Educational sessions will start at 8:30 a.m. and will offer four sets of one and a half hour concurrent sessions. Enjoy a complimentary boxed lunch at noon while you relax in one of the many lounge areas of the Robbins Health Learning Centre. Watch for full agenda details in early December.

MAIL IN/FAX
If mailing in your registration a fax number and e-mail address are required for confirmation. A notice of confirmation, stating that MacEwan University is in receipt of payment, will be forwarded with the conference schedule(s). Those who are to be reimbursed by a sponsor should use this as a “receipt”.

IMPORTANT: In order to avoid delays in the processing of your registration please ensure all personal information has been completed.

We will make every effort to place participants in the sessions of their choice. Please provide several alternative selections in case your original selection has filled. In the event that the sessions you have selected are full, the registration office reserves the right to assign available sessions.
 

CANCELLATIONS  

Notice of withdrawal is required in writing and will be subject to a $50 processing fee for each registration. No refunds will be issued after 2:00 p.m. on February 7th, 2013. Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal.

Session Cancellations

MacEwan University reserves the right to restrict enrollment or to cancel any activity for which there is insufficient registrations. We will make every effort to inform you of any changes prior to the start date. Please provide your business and home phone numbers when you register.
