Mandate
The MacEwan South Council is to provide a forum to:
- Facilitate campus communications
- Create a sense of campus community, plan and organize and implement campus event
- Identify service issues and propose solutions to appropriate office
- Ensure the positioning of MacEwan South and the programs located at this campus
Role/Responsibilities
- Effective and efficient communications
- Facilitation of solution recommendations related to space, services, technology etc.
- Provision of a work environment for all staff to complement the university initiative of being an employer of choice
- The effective positioning of the campus and its programs – plan and organize campus events
