As Research Officer, Meghan is responsible for managing the academic research portfolio at MacEwan University. This includes engaging our community, developing collaborative research partnerships, showcasing the scholarly achievements of our faculty and students, strategic planning for research and overseeing the day-to-day research office operations. Meghan's background rests in biology, her work focused on investigating the effects of HABs on human, animal and environmental health, including partnering with a variety of researchers and organizations such as government, universities, industry and civil society to develop comprehensive public health response plans.
