Team Lead, Functional Analysts

Are you that person with exceptional technical skills and a solid understanding of HR practices? Do you have HRIS experience and the ability to lead a team? Then MacEwan University’s Human Resources department is looking for your expertise as a Team Lead, Functional Analysts.
This role is responsible for leading HRIS projects as well as providing data to support management initiatives. Reporting, data management and HR client services activities are an important function of this position. Additionally the successful incumbent ensures system security, champion improvements to business and technology processes, provides HR and system expertise, and leadership to a team of three functional analysts.
Candidates must have Degree in Business, or related (equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered). Five years of progressive functional experience within HRIS applications in PeopleSoft is required, complemented by five years of project management experience preferably in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders. The focus of your experience is on an ability to develop systems support to HR processes. Our successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems as well as build consensus and make decisions within a multi-stakeholder environment. Excellent organizational and Microsoft Office skills are required.
