Inspiring speakers, a market featuring local queer makers, casual hangouts and a GayLa to wrap up the week—celebrate with a variety of events during Pride Week.
In March each year, the MacEwan Centre for Sexual and Gender Diversity hosts Pride Week, celebrating the diversity of 2SLGBTQ+ communities and allies. This awareness-raising and celebratory week aims to create and support a safe and welcoming environment for everyone in the university community and to build bridges to the broader Edmonton community.
Pride Week 2025 events

Campus Pride Week 2025 is a collaboration between the YEG Campus Pride Network, including MacEwan University, the University of Alberta, Concordia University of Edmonton, NAIT, NorQuest College and The King’s University.
